The Production Calendar marks the initial phase towards a full-fledged Production Planning tool, designed to streamline your scheduling process.

Accessing the Production Calendar

• To view the calendar, navigate to the new Planning page via the administration panel. This page displays a two-month calendar view (current and next month) with a list of scheduled recipes beneath.

How to Schedule a Recipe

• To schedule a new recipe, click on the Schedule a recipe button.

• Choose the desired recipe from the categories of preparation, production, or packaging.

• You can adjust the date and the number of repeats for the recipe. Remember to click Save to finalize the scheduling.

• Your newly scheduled recipe will then appear on the calendar. It's possible to schedule multiple recipes on the same day.

Managing Scheduled Recipes

• Next to each scheduled recipe, you'll find options to edit (blue button) or delete (red button).

• Selecting edit allows you to change the recipe's scheduled date and number of repeats.
