Unable to assign the item I want to a Shipment

If you are unable to assign the product you want to a shipment, there are a few things that can prevent this
- Only Products and Packaged Products can be assigned to a Shipment from the Shipment screen
- The item is already assigned to another order or shipment
- The customer has specific catalogue items assigned to them, and the item you are trying to assign is not on the list.
