"You are offline" banner will not go away

If a yellow banner appears on your screen, showing "You are offline" it means that your device does not have network connectivity. If the banner remains after you get connectivity back, you should be able to get it to go away by disconnecting from the network and then rejoining the network.
At that point if it does not go away, please notify our support team so we can investigate further.
