It's common for Purchase Orders (POs) to be delivered in parts due to various supply chain challenges, such as supplier shortages. Tracktile simplifies these situations with its partial PO receiving feature.

Starting the Partial Receipt Process

1. Access the Receiving Screen: Navigate to this by clicking the Receive items button on the stage where the receiving rule is active.

   

2. Select the PO: Choose the PO you wish to partially receive from the list of existing, uncompleted POs.

   

3. Adjust Quantity: Modify the quantity field to reflect the amount you're receiving at this moment.

   

4. Confirm Receipt: Click Receive to add the newly received items to your inventory.

   

Continuing with Partial Receipts

• For subsequent deliveries of the same PO, simply return to the Receiving screen and select the same PO.

  

• The progress bar will update to show the amount already received, and the remaining quantity needed to fulfill the PO will adjust accordingly.
