Contact Management for Customers and Suppliers
In response to your feedback requesting the ability to store multiple contacts for each customer and supplier, we have updated our system to accommodate this need. Here’s how you can now add and manage multiple contacts for both customers and suppliers within Tracktile.
Adding Multiple Contacts for Customers
Navigate to Customer Settings: Go to Facility Settings and select the Customers tab.
Select a Customer: Click on an existing customer to edit their details, or click “Add Customer” to create a new customer profile.
Add Contacts: In the contacts section, click the plus icon to add a new contact. You can enter details such as title, department, first name, last name, email, and numbers.
Add More Contacts: To add additional contacts, click the plus icon again and repeat the process as needed.

Adding Multiple Contacts for Suppliers
- Navigate to Supplier Settings: Go to Facility Settings and choose the Suppliers tab.
- Select a Supplier: Either select an existing supplier to edit or click “Add Supplier” to create a new entry.
- Follow Similar Steps: Add contacts by clicking the plus icon, filling out their details, and setting a default contact for Purchase Orders as you did for customers.
This new functionality allows greater flexibility and efficiency in how you communicate and manage relationships with your customers and suppliers. By accommodating multiple contacts per entity, your team can ensure smoother operations and clearer communication across all interactions.
