Tracktile now supports full truck load management to help you coordinate and monitor outbound and inbound logistics more effectively.
Accessing Truck Loads
You can now find the Truck Loads button on the Shipments page. Clicking it will open the Truck Loads interface where you can manage all incoming, onsite, and completed loads.
Creating a New Truck Load
- Click New Truck Load.
- Enter the Truck ID manually or allow Tracktile to generate it automatically if a truck code template is set in Facility Settings.
- Select a Carrier (or leave empty if self-handled).
- Choose an Arrival Date.
- Set Status (e.g., Draft, Confirmed, Unconfirmed).
- Choose Arrival Location (Internal or one of your configured external locations).
Adding Shipments & Transfers
From the Truck Details page:
- Click Add Shipment.
- In the pop-up modal, select shipments or transfers to load.
- List is filtered based on:
- Ship From Location
- Selected Carrier
- Pick-up toggle (Pick-up shipments will not be displayed here)
đź’ˇ You can also link a shipment from the shipment details screen under the Transport Details section.
Managing Shipment Status via Truck Load
Once shipments are linked:
- Load Statuses can be managed from the truck load screen.
- When all connected shipments are marked as Loaded, Tracktile will prompt you to update the truck status to Ready.
- Similarly, when the truck is marked Ready, you’ll be prompted to mark all shipments as Loaded.
- If the truck is later marked Shipped or Completed, all associated shipments will automatically reflect the same status.
