The Quick Sell feature is designed for instances where you need to process a sale quickly without the formalities of creating a detailed order and shipment, such as during local, small-scale transactions. Here’s how to utilize this streamlined functionality effectively.

Enabling Quick Sell

Update the Flow Builder: Ensure that the new stage rule for Quick Sell (”Items are sold here”) is activated in your Flow Builder settings.

Access the Selling Stage: Go to the stage within your system where the selling rule is enabled.

Initiating a Quick Sell

Select the Product: Click on the product you want to sell quickly.

Initiate Sale: From the options that appear at the bottom, click the "Sell" button to open the new Sell modal.

Configuring the Sale

Add Packaging (Optional): If the product requires packaging:

• Switch to the packaging tab.

• Click "Add packaging" and select the desired option from your available inventory.

• Return to the Sale tab.

Finalize Sale Details:

• Stay on the Sale tab if no packaging is needed.

• Choose the 'Sold via' option, which could be Direct, Online, or another enabled sell stage.

• Optionally add a customer name and sale ID for tracking purposes.

Include Shipment (Optional):

• To have the system automatically create a shipment record for this sale, you need to select the customer first. After that, a new toggle will appear at the bottom, allowing you to optionally create a shipment in the system.

Create the Sale: Click "Create Sale" to finalize the transaction.

Completing the Transaction

• Inventory Adjustment: Upon creating the sale, the item will be automatically removed from your inventory, reflecting the immediate nature of the Quick Sell.

This feature simplifies the selling process, making it ideal for handling smaller or more urgent sales directly within the system without the need for extensive order processing.
