🔧 General Settings

Floor

• Bundle Naming Format: Choose which of your code templates to use when creating new bundles.

Orders

• Order Naming Format: Select a template for naming new orders.

Shipments

• Shipment Naming Format: Decide on a template for naming your new shipments.

🛠 Profiles

This section allows you to add and manage company profiles. Here’s what you can add or change:

• Company Information: Displayed on generated documents like invoices and shipping documents.

• Company Address: Appears in invoices and shipment documents.

• Logo: Included on invoices and other official documents. Our platform supports a minimum size of 250 x 150 px for logos. For optimal display, especially on invoices, a logo with a 16:9 aspect ratio is recommended.

• Invoice Comments: Added after invoice items on generated invoices.

• Terms & Conditions: Included on invoices.

• Invoice Footer: Added to the footer on invoices.

🔒 Codes

Create and store all of your codes used within the facility.

• New Code: Choose components from the list or add custom codes.

👥 Users

Unlimited users (employees) can be added to manage various aspects of the facility.

🔑 Permissions

Create and manage permission groups for different levels of access and control.

👫 Customers

Add new customers along with their necessary information.
