Accessing Inventory Reports
To access the inventory reports:
- Navigate to the Reports Page: Go to the Reports page.
- Locate the Inventory Tab: If this tab isn't visible, ensure your user permissions include access to inventory reports.
Types of Inventory Reports Available
On the Reports page, you'll find several cards representing different reports:
- Inventory Item Summary
- Inventory Location Summary
- Inventory Day Code Summary
- Inventory Supplier Summary
- Bundle Summary Report
These reports provide varying perspectives on your inventory, structured primarily by different grouping criteria.
Customizing Reports
Inside any of the Inventory Summary reports, you can tailor the data presentation using three dropdown options in the top left corner:
- Group Inventory By: This dropdown allows grouping by options like Name, Code, Location, Supplier, Order, Shipment, or any custom attribute applied to your catalog items.
- Subgroup: Further refine the groupings by applying additional layers of subgroups using the same set of options and attributes.
- Combine By: Opt to combine results by code to merge identical day codes or lot codes visually. This aggregation does not alter actual records but improves the clarity of the report presentation.
Additional Features
In the top right corner, the three-dot menu provides:
- Export Options: Export your customized report in CSV or PDF formats for offline analysis or presentation.
- Column Customization: Tailor which columns are displayed in your report, choosing from default options or any custom attributes associated with your inventory items.
