Select the Logistics Tab: Once on the Reports page, click on the Logistics tab to find various orders and shipments-related reports.
Open Missing Items Report: Look for and open the Missing Items report to start analyzing your inventory needs.
Understanding the Report
- Inventory Insights: This report provides a detailed view of your inventory levels in relation to active customer orders.
- Grouping Options:
- By Order ID: Group the report by Order ID to see which items are missing for specific orders, including details on the ordered quantity, what is currently available, and the shortfall.
- By Catalog Item: Alternatively, group by Catalog Item to get a broader view of which items across all orders are in deficit.
