October'25 Release Overview
Stay on top of the latest product updates, features, improvements, and fixes delivered this August.
・・・・・
Receiving workflows
Automate your receiving processes with configurable workflows to streamline intake, validation, and control.
👀 Set up reusable receiving workflows that automatically assign required form tasks when specific items are received — helping your team stay compliant.
📋 Tasks appear automatically on the team’s dashboard when matching items are received — no extra steps needed. These tasks are only visible to users with permission to submit forms.
📎 Submitted forms are visible under the Related Documents tab of the received item — so your team can easily trace what was submitted during intake.
・・・・・
Item Merging
Merge similar or duplicate catalog items into a single entry to reduce clutter and improve traceability.
🧩 Users with the appropriate permissions will now see a Merge button for compatible items. You can use merge on both Floor and Scan pages.
🔧 When merging multiple conflicting items, users can choose which data to inherit for each field — including custom overrides where necessary.
🔗 Traceability is preserved — the History tab of the merged item displays which individual items were merged to form it.
🧬 The Made From and Used In tabs links to the original and merged items
・・・・・
Assignment Screen Revamp
A new layout for Order and Shipment Assignments brings a cleaner UI, improved navigation, and better performance.
・・・・・
Auto-Fill Assignments
Auto-fill available inventory into orders and linked shipments with a single click—speeding up fulfillment.
・・・・・
Custom Attribute Filters
Filter inventory using custom attributes for better control and targeted actions.
・・・・・
Catalog Tags
Tag catalog items for improved organization, filtering, and reporting.
・・・・・
