May 26, 2026
This release is one of our biggest so far. It includes a major expansion of reporting with three new accounting and traceability reports, the option to edit production and receiving reports, and notable performance improvements to Search and Traceability. In addition to reports, weโve added several long-requested features in costing, orders, shipments, production, and integrations, along with a refreshed login screen and sidebar. Weโve also fixed various bugs to improve stability, usability, and printing reliability.
We deploy continuously, so many of the bug fixes were already available to you before this release note was published.
New Look & Feel
New Login & Sidebar Experience
- The login screen has been fully redesigned for enhanced brand experience.
- The sidebar has a refreshed light theme and now also behaves consistently across all pages โ it collapses whenever you navigate to a new page and can be expanded with the arrow button.
Reports
Costing Reports
๐ฆ Available on: Standard, Premium, Enterprise
You can now track the cost of raw materials through your entire operation โ from receiving through production to shipment โ and see profitability across your inventory and sales.
- Cost of Goods Sold Report: A new report under Reports โ Accounting โ Cost of Goods Sold Report shows every item you've shipped within a date range, with cost, revenue, and profit margin per row. Filter by customer, product, or date. Export to PDF or CSV.
- Inventory Value Report: A new report under Reports โ Accounting โ Inventory Value Report shows your current inventory with cost per unit, total cost, and potential profit margin based on current selling prices. Filter by product or location. Export to PDF or CSV.
Both reports currently reflect raw material costs only. Full costing with cost rules for labour, overhead, and more is on the way.
Historical data: Costing captures and calculates costs automatically going forward from the May 26, 2026 release. Data before this date will not show costs unless backfilled. If you'd like us to backfill your historical data โ using your PO prices, supplier price lists, or default prices, traced through production to finished products โ reach out to your customer success contact and we'll get it sorted.

Edit Production & Receiving Reports
You can now correct Production Summary and Receiving Summary report rows directly, with audit trail.
Reports are historical records, so changes apply to the report only and do not adjust inventory.

Inventory Activity Report
You can now track all inventory movement for any product across a selected time period in one place.
The Inventory Activity Report is available under Reports โ Traceability. Select a catalog item, date range, and action type to see a daily breakdown of what was received, produced, moved, wasted, adjusted, deconstructed, or merged โ with the option to view results combined by lot code or by product name.

Bundles Visible in Reports & Shipping Documents
Bundles now appear in reports and shipping documents. The Location column now shows Stage or Stage > Container only, with bundle names in a dedicated Bundle column.

Traceability Report Redesign
We've updated the Traceability Report with several changes to make audit tracing more accurate and easier to export.
- Codes shared across multiple products now show a product selection screen before displaying trace details, so reconciliation totals are always scoped to a single product
- Reconciliation totals are now shown on the Details tab โ see a full breakdown of Received, Produced, Consumed, Wasted, Shipped, and Remaining at a glance
- Excel exports now include a dedicated Reconciliation sheet alongside the renamed Items sheet

Export Form Submissions
You can now export form submissions as a CSV file directly from the Forms page.
Click Export on any form card to choose a date range and download submissions instantly. Need data across multiple forms? Use the โฎ menu at the top of the Forms page to select multiple forms and export them together.

Faster Accounting Export Report
The Accounting Export report now loads significantly faster, including for date ranges longer than one week. Reports that previously timed out or took 30+ seconds should now return in under a second.
Inventory Summary: External Lot Code Column
A new optional "Ext. Lot" column is available in the Inventory Summary report, showing external lot codes from transfers or external locations.
Search & Trace Performance Boost
Using Search and Traceability Report pages is now significantly faster and more reliable, particularly for accounts with large lot histories. Traceability chains that previously timed out now load consistently.
Orders Summary Report: Destination Column
The "Address" column in Reports โ Logistics โ Orders Summary has been renamed to "Destination" and now shows the destination set on each order.
Floor new column
Floor page now has tags column that can be enabled via column settings.
Production
Auto-Produce: Pull Inputs from Any Internal Stage

Auto-produce recipes can now be configured to pull inputs from any internal stage, not just the current one. This solves the common problem where packaging stored in a different stage (e.g. Storage) wasn't found during production. Set the pull-from source per recipe input under Recipes โ Edit recipe.

Make Product: Swap Inputs by Tag
The input swap feature in Make Product now supports matching by shared tag in addition to name. A Match column shows whether each swap match is by Name or Tag, and a search bar makes it faster to find the right source.
Recipe Editor: Removed input variant restriction
Packaged products can now be used as recipe inputs.
Orders & Shipments
Destination on Orders
You can now set a specific ship-to destination on each order, overriding the default customer location. The destination flows through to the order documents โ solving the problem of documents auto-assigning the default ship-to address for customers with multiple locations.
Custom Attribute Filter on Ordered Items
You can now specify a custom attribute requirement directly on an ordered item. When your team goes to assign inventory, the assignment screen is pre-filtered to only show lots that match โ so the wrong inventory can't be selected by mistake.
Previously, custom attribute filters could only be applied manually during assignment. This lets order managers lock in the requirement at the customer order level, before fulfillment begins.

New Orders Document
Order Packing List is now available to be generated based on Ordered items data.
Auto-Unassign from Order When Removed from Shipment
You can now enable a setting that automatically removes an item from its linked order when you unassign it from a shipment โ no manual cleanup needed. This is a per-facility opt-in toggle, off by default, so facilities that re-route items between shipments won't be affected.
You'll also notice the Automation section in Facility Settings > General has been reorganized โ all automation toggles are now grouped together in one place.

Shipped items order
Shipping documents and the shipment items view now display items in the same order as the linked order's line items, rather than the order they were assigned to the shipment.
Orders: Smarter Auto-Complete
Orders now only auto-complete when the linked shipment is marked Complete โ not when it moves to Shipped or In Transit. This gives you more control over order status and avoids premature completion.
Trucks Page Permissions
The Trucks page is now included in Facility Permission Groups, allowing admins to control who can access it.
Workflows

Inline Receiving Forms
You can now require forms to be completed during a receive โ before items enter inventory โ rather than as a follow-up task afterward.
In your receiving workflow settings, each attached form has a new Submission Timing option:
- During Receive โ the form is presented inline and must be completed before the receive can finish
- After Receive โ no change from before; a task is created once the receive is done
Forms can be mixed on the same workflow, so you can enforce critical documentation at the point of receiving while leaving lower-priority forms as tasks.
This setting defaults to After Receive for all existing workflows โ nothing changes for your team until an admin configures it.

Catalog
Custom attributes & tags management
- Improved look and experience for custom attributes and tags management from inside catalog profiles.
- Improved bulk edit feature to support custom attribute name and type update.
GS1 Serial Number Format & Reset Frequency
Catalog items with serial number generation during production now support a configurable format template and reset frequency (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.). Set this per item under Catalog โ item settings โ Generate Serial Number.
Integrations
Sage Business Cloud & Xero

We've expanded our accounting integrations to now include Sage Business Cloud and Xero, alongside improvements to the existing QuickBooks Online integration. All three integrations work the same way and support the same core capabilities.

Organization Accounts
Multi-facility businesses can now access a consolidated view of all their locations from a single login.
With an Organization account, your head office can run reports across all facilities at once โ inventory, receiving, production, shipments, orders, transfers, and traceability โ with a Facility column showing exactly where each record belongs. You can also switch directly into any facility account from the sidebar without a separate login.

Bug Fixes
- Production & Make Product: Various fixes to Production Planning date handling, Make Product input selection, recipe editor stability, and auto-bundling.
- Shipments & Orders: Resolved crashes, data persistence issues, and display bugs across shipments, orders, transfers, Quick Sell, and shipping documents.
- Reports: Fixes across Accounting Export (payment amounts, tags), Traceability Report exports, PDF rendering, date range selection, and report loading errors.
- Catalog: Fixes to clearing catalog fields, shelf life expiry, custom attribute bulk edit, and casing quantity calculations.
- Floor & Inventory: Fixes to entity history recording, bundle code incrementing, item assignment, and display issues on the Floor page.
- Android & Printing: Bluetooth printer label size and connection reliability improvements.
- General: Fixes to search accuracy, price list loading, app stability, timezone handling, and Floor page performance.
