This release brings powerful updates across production workflows, accounting, and planning. While many of our efforts this cycle were focused on technical improvements and internal stability, you’ll now see several impactful features live in your Tracktile environment.

Workflows

You can now organize production into multi-step workflows. Each step can have its own recipe and / or form, helping teams better coordinate across lines or stations.

Workflows are also fully supported in Production Planning:

QuickBooks Accounting Report Export

Easily export a QuickBooks-ready CSV containing:

• Invoices from Shipments and Quick Sells
• Bills based on PO & Receivings
• Auto-filled amounts, currency, codes, taxes and more

🔐 Note: If you don’t see this report in your account, make sure your user has permission to access Accounting Reports under Facility Settings > Permissions > Reports.

Charges & Discounts on POs

You can now apply additional charges (e.g. freight) or discounts to purchase orders.

Order BOL Export

You can now download a Bill of Lading directly from an Order — even before shipments are created:

• Useful for early document prep
• Same template as shipment BOL

📥 Receiving Screen Updates

The receiving experience just got better and faster:

PO selection is now handled in a modal to reduce visual clutter and keep the receiving flow focused.

Apply custom attribute values to multiple items at once using the new Bulk Edit feature.

Use the quick-copy icon to duplicate entries.

Attribute Inheritance During Categorization

Attributes from inputs are now automatically carried over during categorization.
