Creating Workflows
Workflows in Tracktile enable you to design and refine your production processes with ease. By creating a sequence of recipes and forms, you can streamline your operations and ensure consistency in your production activities. Here’s a simple guide to get you started with workflows in Tracktile, from creation to management.
Navigating to Workflows
- To view your existing workflows or create a new one, head to the Workflows page. Here, all workflows are displayed in a list, making it easy to find or start a new workflow.
- Use the 🔍 to search for a specific workflow, or hit the "New Workflow" button to create a new one.
Creating a New Workflow ✨
- Start New Workflow: Click the "New Workflow" button.
- Name Your Workflow: Give your workflow a descriptive name that reflects its purpose.
Adding Steps to Your Workflow âž•
Add Your First Step: Click on the “Add Step” button and select a recipe or form to begin your workflow.
Continue Adding Steps: Repeat the process to add subsequent steps. You can mix and match recipes and forms based on your production needs.
Activating and Saving Your Workflow
- Once you’ve added all necessary steps, ensure your workflow is activated and then click save. This will add your new workflow to the list, making it accessible for future use.
Finding Your New Workflow
- Your newly created workflow will appear in the workflow list, ready for you to access, edit, or use in your production process.
Removing or Deleting a Workflow
Access Workflow Options: Click on the workflow you wish to remove and look for the three vertical dots near the save button.
Archive Workflow: Click to expand the options and select Archive Workflow to remove it from your active list.
