The "Codes" section of the Tracktile allows users to create, manage, and customize codes for various operational processes. These codes can be tailored to fit the unique requirements of each facility.

Navigating to the Codes Section 🧭

• Location: Admin panel > Facility Settings > Codes 📁

Main Interface 🖥️

• Search Bar 🔍: You can search for specific codes.
• Ordering Option ⏳: Ability to sort codes.
• "New Code" Button 🆕: For creating new code templates.

Creating a New Code Template ✍️

1. Click on the "New Code" button 🆕.
2. A template interface will appear where you can customize the format of your new code.

1. Add your new code template name and click on the “Add Component” to add a new code part.

Customizable Components: 🎨

• Custom Match 🧩: User-defined patterns.
• Date & Time Components 📅: Includes options like Month (01-12), Day of Month (01-31), Year Short (22), and more!

Code Template Saving Process 💾

After ensuring you're completely happy with the preview of your code template, hit the “Save” button. This action will create a new entry in the list of code templates.
