Tracktile offers two modes to cater to your operational preferences when it comes to inputting codes during the production process: Automated and Manual. Here's how you can toggle between these modes and what each entails.
Setting Up Your Preference
Access Facility Settings: Navigate to Facility Settings > General in your Tracktile space.
Locate the Auto-fill Code Section: Scroll down to find the section dedicated to code input preferences. Here, you have the power to decide how you'd like the system to handle codes for your inputs, based on the established consumption strategy. Learn More →
Choose Your Mode:
- For Automated Input, simply check the box. This enables the system to automatically suggest codes for your inputs, streamlining the process.
- Prefer Manual Selection? Leave the box unchecked to maintain control over code selection each time.
Automated Mode in Action
With automation enabled, the "make product" screen automatically populates input codes. If a different source is needed for a particular input, clicking the red bucket button allows for easy adjustments.
Manual Mode in Detail
In manual mode, the "make product" screen presents a "choose source" option. Selecting this reveals all available codes for your selection, giving you full control over the inputs for production.
